The next year guidance was anywhere from 3% to 5%, which is mediocre. So, it would be best to stay away from IT till we get more colour on growth.\”
Daljeet Singh Kohli advises caution in the IT sector, preferring telecom, EV, and two-wheeler sectors for investments. Kohli says: \”We do not believe IT companies are at the end of the tunnel. It will take some more time, especially the BFSI segment which is the mainstay for most of our IT companies. Unless that picks up, I do not think they will have too much to talk about in terms of numbers.\”
Sanjiv Bhasin says the \”Nifty now looks poised to regain 22,500, 22600. So, largecaps should be the biggest beneficiaries as we plough back and metals and commodities are leading. Sanjiv Bhasin recommends strategic investments in HUL, LTI, and Indiabulls Real Estate. He advises reallocation from heavyweight stocks to capitalize on growth prospects. Opportunities also lie in ICICI Bank, Bharti Hexacom, Voda-Idea, and IDFC Bank. Bhasin further says: \”We are looking at one pullback rally because all negatives are slowly getting priced in. \”
