Investing.com– Most Asian stocks rose on Monday, rebounding from steep losses in the prior week amid growing bets that a conflict between Iran and Israel will not worsen, although sentiment still remained on edge.
Investing.com– U.S. stocks traded in a mixed fashion Friday, with investors digesting a fluid situation in the Middle East, while disappointing guidance from streaming giant Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) weighed on the tech sector.
The tensions in the Middle East could result in stagflationary stocks, analysts at Bank of America Securities said in a note Friday.

In China, the world\’s biggest oil importer, the economy grew faster than expected in the first quarter, but several March indicators, including property investment, retail sales and industrial output, showed that demand at home remains frail, weighing on overall momentum.
Indian equity indices continued their decline for the third consecutive session, dragged by IT stocks, amid concerns over delayed US rate cuts and escalating Middle East tensions. US-rate sensitive Nifty IT dropped 2.6% — the most among the major sectors.
